A good rule of thumb is to budget around 1% to 2% of your home's build cost for curtains throughout the house.

During the on-site measure, our professionals will offer general recommendations on the most suitable window furnishings for each space in your home. For example, sheer curtains are often recommended in living and dining areas to allow natural light through while maintaining a soft, elegant look. In bedrooms or studies, we typically suggest blackout curtains to provide greater privacy and light control. For smaller windows in areas like bathrooms or laundries, roller blinds or shutters are usually the best choice for practicality and moisture resistance.

Once you've confirmed your order, it usually takes around 6 to 8 weeks for your custom curtains and blinds to be made and ready for installation. We’ll contact you as soon as they arrive to arrange a suitable installation date. If you need them sooner, we also offer express options—just let us know during the quote process.

What if I’m moving into my new house but the curtains aren’t ready yet?

If you need to move in before your custom curtains are ready, don’t worry—we’ve got you covered. For customers who have paid the deposit, we offer complimentary temporary blockout curtains to use while you wait for your custom order to be installed. It’s our way of making sure you’re comfortable from day one.

We offer a 5-year warranty on both curtain tracks and fabrics, covering manufacturing defects (excluding damage caused by misuse or accidental damage). For roller blinds, we provide a 1-year warranty. Our goal is to ensure peace of mind and long-term satisfaction with every purchase.
