  • This includes production, quality checks, and international delivery.

Express Service (Optional Upgrade)

  • We offer an express service (3–4 weeks) for selected products.

  • This service uses air express shipping combined with expedited manufacturing.

  • Conditions for express service:

    • Available only for orders that do not include tracks (if shipped outside Australia).

    • Shutters are excluded from the express service.

    • For customers in Australia, all accessories required for fast service are included.

Free Installation (Local Areas)

  • For customers located in the Greater Brisbane and Gold Coast areas, we provide free professional installation with your order.

  • Installation includes all tracks, fittings, and accessories required.
